When will I get my order?

Orders will be shipped after they’ve been processed. During most of the year, processing takes 2-3 business days. In the busier months, it can be 2-7 days. Shipping will add an additional 2-4 days most of the year, depending on where you are. If you live outside the USA, account for longer shipping times. Once the product is with the mail carriers, I can’t control how fast it gets there. Around the holidays, you’ll need to order 2 weeks or more in advance of when you’ll need the product in order to account for longer processing and longer shipping time frames. USPS tends to get bogged down during November and December.

Returns & Exchanges

You can return any item that is in new condition within 30 days of it arriving at your door.

Why are some shipping prices high?

A lot of my manufacturers handle the shipping themselves, and they charge a flat rate to ship the product. Products that weigh more or come in bigger boxes will cost more to ship. If you’d like to avoid shipping costs, you can utilize the order minimum discount for free shipping.

Branding & Design Rates

While I have pre-built packages already available, we can always do an hourly rate if you just want a logo or something smaller! We can negotiate down from $3o/hr to $25 if you have an extremely simple design in mind. My rates are built on an how much time I am spending in order to design for you. Keep in mind that I am a stay at home mom with 2 babies, so the time I spend working cuts into my limited free time and my sleep schedule, so I won’t go lower than $25 an hour. Time is precious and valuable. If you want to, we can always finance out your payments so that you can owe a smaller amount a month instead of paying everything at once. I love designing and working for people, but it’s not something I can skimp prices on.
