Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right. Items are eligible for return for 30 days after they arrive at your door, as long as they are unused and undamaged by the buyer. If you need to return an item, you’ll have to pay for the shipping. Please contact me if you need any help.
Items with custom text cannot be returned.

Items that are not damaged by the buyer and are in new condition can be exchanged for an item of equal or lesser value.

If your product has been damaged or is faulty, you are eligible for a refund. You can choose to either just simply return the item, or return the item and get a new one that is not faulty in place of the faulty product at no extra charge.
